RUSSIAN WIND BAND CLASSICS Royal Northern College of Music Wind Orchestra
Compact Disc — £12.95
As specialist in military recordings and the Royal Marines in particular, there would have to be a special reason for including a CD from an establishment such as the Royal Northern College of Music. The reason is that this is special; it is a fine recording of (as it says on the tin) Russian classics. It is a fine choice of programme beautifully played. If you are the sort of person that only likes marches then this is probably not for you, but if you like serious, orchestral-type playing, then this will be right up your street. This CD carries a 100% recommendation. You will like it. Playing time: 69 minutes 27 seconds. |
