ORDERING INFORMATION

 

 

 

 

 

As a small family business, we do not yet have the facility to be able to order online therefore please order by email, post, fax, Skype or telephone. Be assured, your details are safe with us. You will receive truly personal service.

Just list the items you require. If ordering multiple items it is probably best to contact us first, then we can weigh the items to check the correct postage. We only charge what it costs us. If you are not too sensitive about internet security you may include your credit/debit card number and we will ship your order immediately. All major credit cards accepted. We have never had any problems with receiving orders this way. If you are sensitive about this you can send the details split over two or more emails with half the number on one and the other half on the second. Please don’t forget to include the expiry date and delivery address! MOST IMPORTANT credit/debit cards will not work now without the security code (the last three numbers on the back where you sign your name). Credit card machines will not process the order without these numbers. All credit card details are kept strictly confidential and are not seen by anyone other than Stephen and Pamela Misson. (see below for a link). Please note: it is advisable to use words such as “Order Royal Marines CD” as the subject of the email, because we receive so much spam that there is a danger of emails being deleted if not easily recognised.

 

By Post:

To Cinque Port Music, 1 The Maltings, Walmer, Deal, Kent CT14 7AR England. Orders despatched the same day. Cheques or credit/debit cards accepted. We do not send orders on invoice. Cheques payable to Cinque Port Music. Payment only in Pounds Sterling.

By Fax:

Probably the safest way if you are sensitive about internet security. There are only two people involved with the company and we work from home so your card details will not be seen by anyone else. Fax number 01304 362181 from the UK or +44 1304 362181 from outside the UK. We are very careful with people’s credit card details. PLEASE NOTE—because we now work from home, if you are calling from a far-away place we ask you to please consider the time difference in the UK, otherwise you will probably get a sleepy and very grumpy female voice answering the phone!

 

By Telephone:

If you would like to talk to a real person, Stephen or Pamela Misson would be delighted to hear from you. We would be able to check the availability of goods and determine the exact postage immediately and you could pay by credit/debit card, send a cheque or pay with PayPal. NEW — By Skype:

If you have Skype you can talk to us for free (and see us on our web cam). You will need to have Skype installed on your computer (download for free here) then have a microphone and speakers, or a headset — that’s it! Talk to anyone else in the world for free too, fantastic!

By PayPal

You can pay through PayPal whether or not you have an account. Just send us your order by email and we will work out the amount due and send you a PayPal invoice. Alternatively you can pay us through our ‘sales@cinqueportmusic.co.uk’ PayPal address. It’s easy regardless of currency!
